Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Seligman, Ms. Freedman was with Theory, a global apparel manufacturer and retailer, from 2006, first as Senior Financial Analyst responsible for financial planning and analysis, then as Divisional Financial Manager of the corporate and wholesale divisions. Before that, she was an Associate at Citigroup/Smith Barney from 2004 to 2006, providing equity research on the specialty retail sector. Prior to that, she was an Associate with UBS from 2001 to 2004, providing equity research on the specialty retail sector. Ms. Freedman began her investment career as an Investment Banking Analyst with J.P. Morgan & Co. from 1998 to 2000, covering the public finance arena.
