Simon is a Portfolio Manager and leader of Wellington Management's International Small Cap portfolio team. He began his career at Wellington Management as an intern in the firm's Global Industry Research Group (2001) and accepted his current position upon graduation from business school.

Before attending graduate school, Simon spent 8 years as a Manager with Arthur Andersen (1992 - 2000).

Education:

Simon received his MBA from the University of Chicago (2002), graduating first in his class. He also holds an MA and BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford (1992).
