Prior to joining Seligman, Mr. Joisa was an Associate with Francisco Partners, L.P., a private equity fund where he worked on technology leveraged buyouts. Prior to then, he was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he worked on mergers, acquisitions and financings of technology companies.
